This summer, North American Centre became a destination for live music, community and culture as Europro partnered with Willowdale Arts Collective, the Emerging Artists Association and the Yonge North York BIA to present NAC Courtyard Sessions.
From July 8 to August 12, the property’s courtyard and concourse came alive with a series of free outdoor performances that invited tenants, neighbours and visitors to pause, connect and experience some of Canada's exceptional musical talent in the heart of North York.
The series was thoughtfully curated across two distinct programs. The Lunch Jam Series featured the Gianluca Occhipinti Trio, Dennis Lee Trio and Raquel Marina Quartet, creating the perfect soundtrack to summer afternoons.
The Sunset Series welcomed JUNO-nominated artists Ammoye, Heather Bambrick and Barbra Lica, drawing audiences together for memorable evening performances.
More than a concert series, NAC Courtyard Sessions showcased the energy and evolution of Yonge North York, a neighbourhood where arts, business, dining and community intersect.
At Europro, we believe great places are defined by the experiences they create. NAC Courtyard Sessions is one example of how thoughtful programming can turn a workplace into a community hub, giving people more reasons to gather, explore and enjoy the neighbourhood beyond the workday.
A special thank you to the Emerging Artists Association, Willowdale Arts Collective and the Yonge North York BIA for helping bring this celebration of music and culture to North American Centre.
