Europro Celebrates Year-End and 2025 Award Winners

Europro December 12

Our teams gathered for the annual year-end getaway, enjoying time together away from the usual routine.

Throughout the day, teams had the chance to connect, take part in a variety of activities, and close the evening with a casino-themed party.

A big thank you to PrimeTO for the delicious food, The Bunker Arcade and Abbey Road Entertainment for the excellent activities, and Blue Mountain Resort for the warm hospitality throughout our stay.

During our year-end retreat, we proudly celebrated the remarkable achievements of our team and recognized six individuals whose contributions made a meaningful difference throughout the year.

This year’s honours included the Europro Employee of the Year, the Trailblazer Award, the Dedication Award, and the Extra Mile Award.

Our 2025 Employee of the Year, Sukeesan Krishnabagavan, Senior Lease Coordinator, sets an exceptional standard for excellence. He is deeply involved in every part of the business, approaches each responsibility with genuine care, and consistently looks for ways to make our processes more efficient. His professionalism, thoughtful guidance, and commitment to quality strengthen the team around him and have a lasting impact on our overall success.

The Trailblazer Award was presented to Nic Mejia, Marketing Communications Manager, in recognition of his initiative, adaptability, and eagerness to step into new challenges that help move the company forward.

Garfield Braham, Security Manager Toronto, and David Schurter, Operations Supervisor Kitchener, received the Dedication Award, which recognizes team members who bring steady effort, reliability, and care to every project.

The Extra Mile Award was presented to Karen Chan, Accounts Payable Manager, and Farshad Javahery, Toronto Building Operator, for consistently going above expectations and delivering exceptional results.

We are grateful to have these individuals as part of our team and look forward to seeing what 2026 has in store.
